The "International Spiritual Visitation and Prayer for Love, Mercy and Unity of Humanity" Program organized by the Netherlands-based Universal Sufi Council in New Delhi, the capital of India, was attended by intellectuals, academics, religious leaders and intellectuals from many different parts of the world, including the U.S., the Netherlands, Germany, France, Norway, Australia, the Republic of South Africa, Suriname, Bangladesh and India.

The meeting was organized by Venu Rajamony, Press Secretary to the President of the Republic of India, and attended by intellectuals, academics and religious leaders from many different countries. Mrs. Hayat Nur Artıran, President of the Şefik Can International Mevlana Education and Culture Foundation, attended the meeting on behalf of Turkey.
