The Hague Court of Justice (Peace Palace) - Netherlands: International Peace Covenant Meeting

Our country was represented by Mrs. H. Nur Artıran, President of Şefik Can International Mevlana Education and Culture Foundation, at the International Peace Covenant Meeting attended by prominent religious leaders, spiritual educators, academicians and politicians from many countries of the world.
Located in The Hague, Netherlands, the Peace Palace houses the United Nations International Court of Justice (also known as The Hague Court of Justice), the Permanent Court of International Arbitration, The Hague International Court of Law and the Peace Palace Library. The Peace Palace, which was completed in 1913 with the cooperation of various countries of the world for world peace, has become a symbol for world peace.
At the entrance of The Hague Peace Palace, the flame of peace, which has been burning since 1999, was symbolically handed over to the female participants of the meeting, including the Honorable Mrs. H. Nur Artıran.
