Islamabad, Pakistan: International Symposium on "Sufism as a Source of Human Rights and Freedom of Speech"
The International Symposium on "Sufism as a Source of Human Rights and Freedom of Speech", organized by the Netherlands-based Universal Sufi Council and the Pakistan-based Salook Resource Research Center, was attended by our foundation president Hayat Nur Artıran on behalf of our country.
The symposium was attended by a number of academics, religious leaders and Sufis from Asian countries, including the President of Kashmir Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan, Kashmir State Minister of Social Development for Women and Family Farzana Yaqoob, Dutch Ambassador to Pakistan Marcel de Vink, and Pakistan's Director of Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yusuf.
