Şefik Can International Mevlana Education and Culture Foundation organized a summer school themed "Human, Nature and Sufism" in the garden of the foundation's headquarters in Beykoz Elmalı Village. The main purpose of the program, which was carried out under the guidance of our Foundation President Mrs. Hayat Nur Artıran: To gain a familiarity with the universe and the land we live in, to gain an awareness from the land to the human being on the way to knowing and discovering ourselves. The program, in which the basic concepts of Sufism, contemplation, nature-human relationship, the material and spiritual effects of working with soil on human beings were discussed in the light of the teachings of Hazrat Mevlana, attracted great interest.

Şefik Can International Mevlânâ Education and Culture Foundation organized a six-day summer camp for the 7-12 age group with the theme "See, Feel, Learn and Live with Love" in the garden of the foundation's headquarters in Beykoz Elmalı Village. The camp included marbling, handicrafts, origami, lithography, storytelling, music, drama and culinary activities, as well as other teachings that would contribute to the spiritual development of the children, accompanied by very valuable instructors in their fields, especially Hikmet Barutçugil, the greatest name of marbling art in the world, and on the last day of this camp, different handicraft works of the children were presented to the appreciation of their elders with an exhibition.
